I was using it the other week to send a message to a friend of mine, an Indonesian lady who tours the country with a small group of ladies promoting tourism and culture on behalf of the Indonesian embassy.
I finished my message to her as I always do … “wish … you….. were …. here”

It was only when I got a phone call later that I found that every time I type “here”, my smart-phone changes it ….. to "heterosexual"
It seems I have been doing that for months.
Because I never checked it.

Which is why when I do jobs for customers I use a checklist -

Everything the customer wants is written down so it is not missed.

Everything I write is tested so we know it works.

It’s my way of not making silly mistakes and guaranteeing a high quality controlled service.
