CiK Exceeding Expectations
What do my customers expect?
.. it’s not obvious. They may ask for a new computer, a new website, help with using a computer package, an iPad, programming a marine lighting system extending WiFi signals or sorting out a FitBit.
I suppose you could say they expect problems solving.
But it’s more subtle than that. If you order say Double Glazing you may expect some frames and sheets of glass fitting, but what you are really expecting is comfort, warmth and probably lower heating bills.
It’s the same with Information technology. People order equipment, book training, ask that software faults be fixed and computers be repaired.
… but What they want is their lives back!
What I give to them is TIME …
… less time spent by owners or employees chasing IT issues can be replaced by more time spent on their real jobs. ….. giving better PRODUCTIVITY and less STRESS
So when existing customers ring me .. what they expect is that things will be better when I’ve dealt with whatever it is! So that’s what I do
